BestEstimate.com will be integrating our FREE Directory which is database driven, the directory will feature all professions within the home improvement industry and many other professionals and businesses outside the industry – The Directory will provide you the ability to “Once you create your account” choose the area, State, region you cover, the mileage you wish to travel for a job, create your company profile such as years in business, size of your staff, insurance, license information etc. In addition, you will be afforded a text description, which will be displayed in the consumers search results and they will have the opportunity to submit a project to your company or submit the project to all contractors within the specified area for that profession at which point, based on the specifics you can either accept or decline. All notifications will be via email through our database driven engine, all projects whether accepted or declined will be retained in both contractor and consumer accounts, categorized appropriately for your convenience – Your free directory listing will also allow you to place a link directly to your site, thus providing another option for the consumer.
We intend on incorporating a feature that will allow you to create a banner listing for our featured directory and while this feature will cost you a small nominal fee “Annually” you are under no obligation to utilize that service and can absolutely take advantage of our free listing services. While there are several ways to access the directory on the site, all are tied to the same database, all free listings will be displayed by default however, the paid featured listings will be displayed as a banner which does more than indicate to the consumer that you are a paid customer but it allows for added trust between you and them because when you paid something by check or credit card you add credibility by being accountable for your ad space, put simply it verifies that you are who you say you are, moreover the nominal fee is expected to be just 50.00 U.S. dollars per year.
